Best place to stay in that area. Peaceful with beautiful mountains view in front. Food is basic, this can be improved more.

Had a peaceful and hustle free stay at this resort. Host was very hospitable. Linen, room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Beautiful view from the spacious attached balcony. Balcony lacked proper flooring. Provided heater in room with adequate heating to beat the cold. Chicken curry preparations were tasty.

Excellent Stay, Excellent Location and Excellent Service. Dayara Resort is located in a beautiful place surrounded by tall Himalayan mountains. The views from the resort are breathtaking. We experienced friendly service throughout our stay which was fantastic. We stayed here for 3 nights and experienced the warm hospitality, clean room and freshly cooked, tasty, authentic food (using local produce). What you see in the photos is what you get!!! The resort arranged for a friendly guide for a 2-day trek to Bugyal along with all other amenities required. Highly recommend a stay here and we will stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay here. Ravi is an outstanding host. The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious with stunningly beautiful mountain views. The food is absolutely delicious, and Barsu is such a special place to visit. I highly recommend this spot and hope to be back!

The ambience perfectly gives you divinity. 5. Food was awesome. 6. 360° View of the Himalayas is the best part of this Dayara resort. 7. You can sit and relax by listening to the sound of the stream which is flowing nearby. 8. Morning you will be woken up by the birds chirping sounds. 9. The owner Sushil is ready to give you the best that he can. 10. Dayara resort is a home away from home in Himalayas. *Improvements needed :* 1. Need intercom or bell from the room to call the attendants for getting water or towel etc. 2. Needs room heater in all the rooms. This is a chill area and elders need it. 3. Some of the rooms water flow from the taps is very low. It has to be attended immediately. 4. The time taken for food preparations and serving is to be improved. 5. Needs umbrellas in all the rooms, because it may rain anytime in this area. To avoid getting wet while moving from room to restaurant or reception we need umbrellas for every person. 6. Pavement blocks need to be done properly for the easy access of rooms and reception. 7. The resort needs more staff. 3 is not enough to handle more than 10 people. 8. While delivering food in rooms, boys carry it without proper cover. During rains, the food will get drenched. All the above points are mentioned in detail to make Dayara resort the best in the Uttarkashi area. Radhekrishna
